Among our friends, we are fortunate to count the North Houston Art Gallery, located in Montgomery, Texas, and masterfully managed by Rebecca. With tireless dedication, she not only breathes life into the local arts community but also attracts internationally renowned artists. Among them is Charles Washington, the celebrated painter of jazz well-known to Houston residents; the young and extraordinarily talented Violet Jen; as well as Parisians Olivier de Cayron and Marie-Laure Mallet, leaders in the fields of photography and painting. The gallery also showcases the works of sculptor Miller Quevedo and artist Kent Report II—figures whose creations can be admired in person.
These examples represent only a fraction of the remarkable talents nurtured by the gallery. Each of these artists, in their own domain, exemplifies the very essence of contemporary art through their innovative work, profound exploration, and the emotions they evoke. Their creations resonate like invitations to journey, to question, and to revel in a poetic essence that uplifts the soul.
In recent months, the gallery has partnered with Thierry Art Broker, who represents an array of distinguished European and American artists. It is thanks to this collaboration that you are discovering Violet Jen—and soon, the rising talent of young Tanner Walton. Stay tuned here for more to come.
